Head& Staff of Quality Assurance   Responsibilities : Lot release and order Validation Annual quality report, CTD, SMF SOP, regulation, documentation CAPA, OOS, Changing, Process Education, Stability, GSP   Qualification : Pharmacist from reputable university Male/Female; maximum 40 years old Have experience in quality assurance at least 3 years; preferably, have experiences in sterile pharmaceutical products Have knowledge about GMP (CPOB) Able to communicate in English Willing to work in Pandaan, East Java. 3. Head & Staff of Quality Control   Responsibilities : Chemical and raw materials Microbial and Stability Managing of Equipment   Qualification : Pharmacist from reputable university Male/Female; maximum 40 years old Have experience in quality control at least 3 years; preferably, have experiences in sterile pharmaceutical products Have knowledge about current GMP (CPOB) Have strong analytical skill Able to communicate in English Willing to work in Pandaan, East Java 4. Head & Staff of Engineering   Responsibilities : Managing of Machinery Calibration of equipment Managing of AHU Managing of clean room and pipe   Qualification : Engineer from reputable university Male/Female; maximum 40 years old Have experience in Pharmaceutical factory for at least 3 years; preferably, have experiences in sterile pharmaceutical products Able to communicate in English Willing to work in Pandaan, East Java 5.
